Mesh filters for liquids

Mesh filters are designed to clean the environment from foreign particles, thereby protecting the equipment in the pipeline.

Mesh filter

— Mechanical cleaning («sump»). It easily copes with cleaning the liquid from sand, pipe scale and other coarse impurities.
— Fine cleaning is used for finer cleaning, even with a filter mesh cross-section in microns.
— cleaning is mainly designed to remove larger particles from liquids and protect equipment in pipelines.
— Magnetic cleaning is mainly used in the drinking water supply for cleaning (de-ironizing).
Filters are manufactured with different types of input and output connections.
Our production is focused on diameters from 50 to 1400 mm. with a nominal pressure from 0.6 to 25.0 MPa. Connection to the pipeline: welded and flanged according to GOST.

Our filters are like any of our repair products-suitable, namely in the field. The upper part of the filter is equipped with a flanged plug, which is dismantled in the field and the filter element is cleaned or replaced if it is damaged. A faster method is to flush and drain through the lower flanged plug of the condensate and the contents of the settling part of the filter.

The use temperature of the medium is from -40 to +425 C, the ambient temperature is from -40 to +40 C.

Cold-resistant steels:
Steel 40Mn4 DIN, G10350 (1035) UNS (US), Ст. 09Г2С (RU) — (body parts, pipes, junctions, spigots)
The use temperature of the medium is from -60 to +425 C, the ambient temperature is from -50 to +50 C.

Stainless steels:
Steel X12CrNiTi 18-9 DIN; EN (EU), 321 S31 ANSI, B.S. (US), Сталь 09Г2С (RU) — (body parts, pipes, junctions, spigots).
Температура использования от -196 до +600 С, окружающего среды от -50 до +50 С.

High ductility, heat resistance, high resistance to aggressive and oxidizing environments.

To ensure electrical insulation of the flanges from each other, gaskets made of paronite PMB (4 mm) are provided, a coating made of bakelite varnish protects against moisture saturation. Such gaskets can also be made of vinyl plastic (or fluoropolymer). The tightening pins are enclosed in split fluoroplast bushings.

Surfacing with electrodes or welding wire ESAB, OK Weartrode 55, Т-590Н, Castolin-Eutectic, LINCOLN ELECTRIC, ESAB, ASKAYNAK  (EU, US), СВ-04х19н19, ЦН-12м ; ЦН-6л ; УОНИ 13/нж (RU).

The main applicable flange standards are ASME, ANSI, EN, DIN. All metal products are regulated by special documents, which contain all the basic information about the elements: dimensions, shape, types, types of connecting surface, pressure classes, materials and manufacturing methods.

Fasteners (stud, nut, washer) are used according to DIN EN ISO standards, depending on the load, climatic and temperature conditions of the pipeline valves.

Special types of primers and paints are used for anti-corrosion protection and long-term protection of metal in temperate and cold climates.
