Axisymmetric axial flow check Valves

Axisymmetric check valves have the lowest coefficient of resistance, characterized by smooth operation in critical conditions, which contributes to trouble-free operation with little wear of parts.
Advantages: low coefficient of resistance, constant flow rate without runout and noise.

Types of axisymmetric valves

The axisymmetric check valve is made in 3 variants of connection to the pipeline:
— Prefabricated inter-flange with matching flanges.
— Flanged.
— Welded.
All 3 options are fully ready for installation.
They are also distributed according to climatic conditions and environment: U1, CL, and UHL.

Valve type: Shock-free valve (check valve) Dn (mm.): 15-600, Ru (kgf / cm2): 1.6 — 35 MPa.
The simplicity and reliability of the design ensures smooth operation of the valve in all climatic conditions and pressure environments. The valves are repairable in the field. Vertical and horizontal valve installation.

The use temperature of the medium is from -40 to +425 C, the ambient temperature is from -40 to +40 C.

Cold-resistant steels:

The use temperature of the medium is from -60 to +425 C, the ambient temperature is from -50 to +50 C.

Stainless steels:

High ductility, heat resistance, high resistance to aggressive and oxidizing environments.

To ensure electrical insulation of the flanges from each other, gaskets made of paronite PMB (4 mm) are provided, a coating made of bakelite varnish protects against moisture saturation. Such gaskets can also be made of vinyl plastic (or fluoropolymer). The tightening pins are enclosed in split fluoroplast bushings.

The main applicable flange standards are ASME, ANSI, EN, DIN. All metal products are regulated by special documents, which contain all the basic information about the elements: dimensions, shape, types, types of connecting surface, pressure classes, materials and manufacturing methods.

Fasteners (stud, nut, washer) are used according to DIN EN ISO standards, depending on the load, climatic and temperature conditions of the pipeline valves.

Special types of primers and paints are used for anti-corrosion protection and long-term protection of metal in temperate and cold climates.
